SECOND SUB-DIVISION - Do not exceed 35 MAH between -

MP-108.7 and MP-112.0

MP-208.4 and MP-215.4
MP-221.3 and MP-235.0
MP-264-7 and MP-277.6

Movements westward out of west lead, old yard, Owosso, approaching Washington Street, must be at speed slow enough to ensure that crossing protection signals will operate 20 seconds before train occupies crossing, due to shortness of circuit.

Yard crew switching house tracks will avoid so far as practicable switching cars or leaving them in starting circuit in main track, causing unnecessary operation of crossing signals.

Trains handling Maintenance of Way Department water supply cars converted from steam locomotive tenders will not exceed 35 MAH on tangent track and 30 MAH on curves except where lower speeds are prescribed.

Be governed accordingly
